Implementing The Melbourne Strategic Assessment

We have worked with the Victorian Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning to provide policy and regulatory advice on the implementation of the Melbourne Strategic Assessment program. This complex urban development program covers 60,000 hectares and includes four new growth areas, 28 existing precincts, and significant road and rail infrastructure. The program will raise $1 billion under a full cost recovery model to meet environmental commitments to the Australian Government.
